Optional Functionality

Additional onsite functions and modules are available within Aztec when options are enabled in this section.

Optional functionality is to be enabled for customers by Zonal

Navigate to Base Data → Estate Structure → Site Settings → Optional Functionality

The following table outlines each setting and its corresponding functionality.

Course Hold	When enabled selected courses can be put on hold when placing orders on point of sale terminals	Additional configurations are required for the setup of course hold Base Data → Product Configuration → Courses Course Hold button added to Theme / Shared Panel Designs
Optional Modules
Bookings	When enabled the bookings module will be available onsite	In Staff & Security module back of house roles must be given access to bookings
Sales Ledger	When enabled the sale ledger module will be available onsite	In Staff & Security module back of house roles must be given access to sales ledger
